In 2014 HRMD started back-office healthcare services and started its Colombia nearshore headquarters in 2017. What started as a specialized healthcare back-office operation grew as we developed deeper expertise across the processes that keep healthcare organizations running, from patient support calls and insurance verification to authorizations, billing, appeals, and collections.
As our experience grew, so did our ability to support more complex healthcare operations. Colombia became an important nearshore delivery hub for U.S. organizations, while HRMD expanded its global capabilities through strategic offices in several other countries.
